Additional tools can be added by selecting add tools from the manager window, An example of tools that can be added is Analysis Tools This tool gives you an easy way to measure area and distance. The Snapshot tool top right is a great way to capture a printable 3D view of the property.

Searching

Start your search by selecting your search type and filling in your preferences. There are four search options available to you.

Basic Search

  • The basic search has all the familiar real estate search options. Use the drop down list to select the information that matches the search you would like to run. Multiple cities and property types can be added to the search by selecting them from the list. If a city or property type is added that you do not want simply hit the remove option.
  • Select More Options to see additional search preferences. Any option can be left blank if you are not sure what you would like to choose.
  • Once preferences are selected press Search Now to retrieve the results.

MLS Number Search

  • This search option is used when you already know the MLS number of the property. Simply enter up to four MLS numbers in the blank windows. Once MLS numbers are entered press Search Now to retrieve the results.

School Search

  • If you know the name of a school you would like to be near, select the school from the drop down list and set the maximum distance in miles from the school that would be acceptable. Price and House feature options can be added to the search as well. This search returns results that are within the chosen distance from the school. Note: School zoning boundaries are variable this search does not guarantee the district you will be in. Press Search Now to retrieve the results.

Area Search

  • Use this search option if you know a location you would like to be near. Refer to the to learn how to fly to an area. Fly yourself to an area you are interested in and position the cross hairs in the center of the screen over your area of interest. Set the distance in miles away from your area view center that would be acceptable. Set your additional search options. This search will return the results that are within the specified distance and search criteria from the current view center. Press Search Now to retrieve the results.

Exploring Search Results

Results List

The results will be displayed in the same window where you started your search. Each of the properties that met your search criteria are displayed with a price. Hovering over the price in the list will often reveal a photo of the location. To the right of the price is a Star Icon . Selecting this Icon will add the property to a favorites list. Houses with virtual tour will have this icon displayed next to it. You can fly to the location of the property by clicking on the link in the result list. From this location you can also refine your search with any of the available searches, start a new search or select the layers you would like to see on the map. The Select Layers tool gives you control of the layers displayed on the map. Want to see more information? Expand more layers using the manager window.

3D Window

The window displaying the aerial photo is the 3D window. The 3D window will fly to view the results of your search. A black and white house icon (show Icon) represents the locations that met your search. Click on the Details Icon (show icon) to see photos and a detailed report about the property. Looking for directions to the property? Select Driving Directions from the top of the window and enter the from and to addresses. You can fly around and zoom in on the property using the controls described in .

Details

The details window gives you access to information about the property. Many tools are available to you here, including virtual tours print a flyer, mortgage calculator, and contact an agent by adding the property to a shopping cart.
